Plot summary
Doctor Victor Frankenstein creates a monster with the help of his assistant Igor and Count Dracula. A year later, in 1888, Gabriel Van Helsing serves the Knights of the Holy Order and remembers nothing of his life before he was found near death on the steps of a church. After a brawl with Mr. Hyde at Notre-Dame de Paris, the Order sends him to Transylvania to destroy Dracula and to protect Anna and Velkan Valerious, the last of a Romanian family whose ancestor bound his descendants to kill the vampire or face eternity in Purgatory. There Anna and Velkan hunt a werewolf under Dracula's control, and Van Helsing arrives with Friar Carl, a weapons inventor, to find the village fighting off Dracula's brides.
