Truth (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

After the attacks of September 11, a covert government agency pays for a black project: a live virus engineered as a nanotechnology truth serum. Nanotrack Industries delivers Veritas PVH 13, a chemical crowbar that permanently removes a subject's ability to deceive and leaves psychological anomalies in some of them. Tests on enemy detainees at an off-the-grid facility in New Mexico surpass every expectation, until the virus mutates and kills prisoners and researchers alike. Ten years afterward, college students and their professor take an extra credit assignment to document Passion Valley Hospital, hidden in the Gila Mountains. The abandoned lab inside holds the project.
