One of those agents, Aaron Cross, known as Number Five, is in the Alaskan wilderness on a training exercise with a fellow operative, Number Three, and is cut off from the program's supply of pills. Did you know?!Facts and trivia about The Bourne Legacy (2012)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Oscar Isaac was Tony Gilroy's top choice for the lead role of Aaron Cross and even screen-tested for it, but Universal Pictures refused to approve him because he had never led a movie before and they felt it would be risky; Isaac was given the smaller role of "Number 3" instead.
- The character Jason Bourne does not appear in the film at all: Matt Damon chose not to appear because Paul Greengrass did not return to direct.
- The scenes set in the "SteriPacific" factory in Manila were not shot in the Philippines at all, but at the New York Times printing plant in Queens.
