Plot summary
After a satellite falls out of orbit and crashes in Brazil, the CIA learns that a device called Pandora's Box can send military satellites down like warheads. A team led by Xiang seizes the device from the agency's New York office. Agent Jane Marke turns to Xander Cage, an extreme athlete turned operative who faked his death and has been living in the Dominican Republic. Xander agrees to return, and in London his friend Ainsley helps him trace the attackers to the Philippines. Rather than work with a Special Forces unit under Paul Donovan, he picks his own crew: sharpshooter Adele Wolff, driver Tennyson Torch, DJ Nicks, and weapons specialist Becky Clearidge.
