Snoop Dogg's Hood of Horror (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Devon, a gang member, is disowned by his mother after a shoot-out in which his sister is killed. The rival leader Liore returns as a demon and offers to restore the sister if Devon trades his own life. Devon accepts. Liore resurrects him, sears an HOH mark on his neck and makes him a Hound of Hell who decides where people go in the afterlife. Devon then introduces three stories from the same neighborhood. A graffiti artist, Posie, is grabbed by a derelict who tattoos her arm and tells her to look at the power she now carries. A racist heir, Tex Jr., must live with four Black veterans to claim his inheritance. An aspiring rapper, SOD, prays for fame and meets Clara, another Hound of Hell, who confronts him about a promise he broke.
