Lance Fuller
Biography
Lance Fuller was an American actor whose screen career began with a role in Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (1943) and continued through uncredited parts in the early 1950s, among them Singin' in the Rain (1952). He was a contract player at Universal-International for most of that decade, appearing in the studio's first color science fiction film, This Island Earth (1955), as well as Pearl of the South Pacific (1955), God's Little Acre (1958) and The Other Woman. He shared the screen with Ronald Reagan in Cattle Queen of Montana (1954) and with Lloyd Bridges in Apache Woman, and he appeared in The Bride and the Beast, an Ed Wood production. When his film work slowed late in the 1950s he moved to television, with parts on Bat Masterson, The Rifleman, 77 Sunset Strip, Maverick and The Twilight Zone. He quit acting in 1962, returned briefly in the early 1970s, and his last role was in Hustle (1975).
