Daniel Quinn
Biography
Daniel Quinn was an actor from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who started performing as a child, playing Kurt in The Sound of Music at eight and Winthrop in The Music Man at ten before studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He danced with the Milwaukee Ballet Company and then moved to New York City, where he trained at the School of American Ballet and danced as an apprentice with the New York City Ballet and as a soloist with Joffrey II. In 1980 he made his Broadway debut in Jerome Robbins's revival of West Side Story, and he also appeared in Woman of the Year. His films include Wild at Heart, Conagher (1991), The Last Outlaw (1993), Scanner Cop (1994), Scanner Cop II (1995), Rubber (2010), Wrong Cops (2013) and Story of Eva (2015). On television he had roles on NYPD Blue, ER and The X-Files.
