Story of Eva (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Eva is knocked out in an attack outside a restaurant that follows her daughter Amber's concert. She wakes in a hospital to learn that Amber was kidnapped and killed. Amnesia leaves her with no account of the night, so she cannot help Detective Grind and Detective Wood, who are investigating. One quiet evening, with Amber's music playing, the memory comes back to her. Eva has seen how little protection the authorities provide, and she decides that she will pursue justice herself. In her garage she builds a dungeon, and she sets out to track down those who took her daughter.
