Plot summary
The setting is a near future in which crime has been completely eradicated, and the police of Los Angeles are a group of crooked cops. Duke is music-mad, deals recreational drugs and bullies the citizens of the city. His partners are no cleaner: one officer abuses people sexually, one blonde woman runs an extortion racket, one family man has a dubious past, and a one-eyed officer wants to become a techno musician. Their corrupt operation runs smoothly until Duke shoots a man by accident, stuffs him in the trunk of his car, and leaves the group with a body to dispose of.
