Plot summary

Miss Hunt sits alone in a booth in an empty restaurant, waiting to babysit the children across the street. A wolf in a trenchcoat asks to share her table and says he is waiting for an old friend. He notices her book of fairy tales, mocks Red Riding Hood and insists Snow White is a blonde. He tells her of his nephews Rolf and Rex, and of Red, who sold flowers on the street and once gave mistletoe to a princess named Snow White. Snow White's father takes a new wife, the nasty Miss Maclahose, whose magic mirror answers any question and long called her the fairest in the land. When the mirror names Snow White instead, Maclahose orders the Huntsman to bring back the girl's heart.
