Plot summary
Ozi is a young female orangutan who lives in the forest with her mother and father. One night a fire caused by humans tears the family apart, and Ozi is left on her own. Kirani, an environmental worker, takes her in and raises her at a home for orphaned primates. Over several years Ozi learns sign language, and a translation device lets her turn that skill into educational videos. The videos bring her followers around the world and turn her into an online influencer. A company then sends her a tablet with an invitation to visit, and Kirani refuses to let her keep it.
