Naughty or Nice (2011) on Netflix

Plot summary

Krissy Kringle lives on Candy Cane Lane, where the neighbors hold a decorating contest every Christmas and letters addressed to Santa Claus keep arriving at her door. Her parents, Carol and Walter, chose her name for the holiday, though the season itself does not interest her. At Purcell Advertising she expects a promotion, and instead the owner, Helen Purcell, tells her she is being let go. The lawyer Lance Leigh, her boyfriend for six years, waits until he makes partner before proposing. Carol finds her a holiday job at the mall, wrapping gifts and helping Santa, where she meets Marco Webb, another wrapper. Among the letters to Santa is a package holding a book called Naughty or Nice, which shows Krissy whether the people around her have been naughty or nice.
