Lift (2024) on Netflix

Plot summary

An international crew of thieves led by Cyrus Whitaker pulls two jobs at once: taking a Van Gogh in London and faking the kidnapping of the NFT artist N8 in Venice. The crew includes Denton, the pilot Camila, the hacker Mi-Sun, the safecracker Magnus and the engineer Luke. Interpol agent Abby Gladwell, once involved with Cyrus, finds evidence against Denton and arrests him. Instead of charging them, her commander Huxley offers clean records if they help catch the billionaire Lars Jorgensen, who is working with the hacking group Leviathan on a plan to flood parts of Europe and profit from the markets. Leviathan wants paying in gold, so Jorgensen sends a shipment by airliner to a bank in Zürich. The crew can only take the gold in midair.
