It's Christmas, Carol! (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

The story reworks Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol. Carol Huffman is a driven publishing executive who runs her company as chief executive and has let the business crowd out everything else. On Christmas Eve she is visited by the ghost of Eve, her predecessor at the company, who tells Carol she has lost sight of what matters and wants to show her where she went wrong. Ordinarily three ghosts would share the work, but cutbacks in the afterlife leave Eve handling the whole assignment. Eve fills all three roles, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future, and leads Carol through each in turn.
