Plot summary
Sara Thomas is a junior web designer at a marketing company in Chicago. In two years she has barely spoken to Peter Williams, the founder, and she lets her boss Dirk Tyson put his name on her ideas. Her friend and coworker Molly hands her extra work, and Sara fetches coffee for the office each morning. At the company Christmas party, Santa grants her deepest wish for forty-eight hours. Sara takes the gift as Christmas cheer until she finds that she has the nerve to speak up for herself.
