Plot summary
Deborah Ward was vice principal of Milford High School and the nemesis of Richard Martinez, the chemistry teacher known as Bianca Del Rio. He won over the school's staff and students, and the plan he carried out sent her to jail. Debbie has now been released from prison, and she wants revenge. She tricks Richard into traveling to Russia by telling him he will collect a teaching award and a cash prize there. The invitation is a trap: the journey is arranged so that he will be arrested. It is a sequel to Hurricane Bianca, and the title references the James Bond film From Russia with Love.
