Plot summary
Connie and Mark meet again at the funeral of Connie's boyfriend. Mark, a successful entrepreneur who finds people difficult, has been infatuated with her since their school days. Connie has no memory of him, and before he leaves he gives her his business card. Johnny, a former classmate of them both, sees the card and learns that a buyer is ready to pay £20 million for Mark's start-up. He persuades Connie to win Mark over and then, once they are married, to divorce him for half the money. Connie charms Mark, the engagement is a whirlwind, and she moves into his home.
