- End Game is set in Washington, D.C., but was actually shot in Spokane, where evergreen firs in the background of most outdoor scenes give away the stand-in, and real Washington appears only in aerial shots. Part of the film was shot on the campus of Gonzaga University and at Holy Family Hospital.
