Drama Drama (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

An anti-bullying assembly at a high school brings together five girls who normally keep to separate circles. The presentation lands well, and in putting it together the five of them begin singing as a pop group and give it the name Drama Drama. A classmate talks them into letting him act as their manager and building the act into a genuine band. They write their own material, perform at the homecoming dance and aim at a concert off school grounds. There are also crushes, jealous frenemies, a final year of school to pass and the question of what each of them will do afterward.
