Plot summary
Todd goes to a cafe expecting to meet a woman. The person waiting for him is Kelly, a gay man, and Todd learns that his brother Barry arranged the meeting as a joke at his expense. He and Kelly decide to turn the joke back on Barry, acting as though the date has made them a couple. The arrangement carries further than they planned. Todd's family and friends take the two of them for a real couple, and the people around him begin to wonder whether he is gay. He keeps insisting that it is not true, but the impression only grows.
