Chupacabra vs. the Alamo (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

The bodies of drug cartel members are found in a tunnel that runs up from Mexico, mangled and drained of blood, and the killings spread into San Antonio, Texas. DEA agent Carlos Seguin and his new partner Tracy Taylor investigate; a dying man they find in the tunnel names his attackers "Diablo." Deeper inside, Tracy finds a pile of bones, is attacked by a chupacabra and kills it, and the carcass is taken to a lab. The attackers are chupacabras, predators of local legend, and Carlos's estranged son Tommy and his daughter Sienna are in the city as the pack keeps killing.
