Plot summary
Cecil B. Kaufman has four rare prints for the final night at his drive-in, each one an homage to a different era of moviemaking. Wadzilla spoofs 1950s monster movies: a man has his sperm count raised, and one giant sperm sets out for New York City. I Was a Teenage Werebear is a 1962 beach musical about a closeted teenager who meets other closeted boys and turns into a werebear when aroused. The Diary of Anne Frankenstein, in black and white, follows Adolf Hitler in his effort to build a killing machine that will win the war. Zom-B-Movie parodies zombie films of the 1970s and 1980s.

- In February 2012, Tim Sullivan sold copies of the I Was a Teenage Werebear soundtrack CD on eBay with a bonus autographed photo of star Sean Paul Lockhart in red briefs; eBay pulled the listing and canceled all orders, calling the photo "engorged genitalia" and "sexually and morally offensive."
- Casting the lead of the segment I Was a Teenage Werebear was difficult: straight actors declined the role and many gay actors were blocked by their representatives, so former porn star Sean Paul Lockhart, also known as Brent Corrigan, got the part.
- Adam Green surrounded Joel David Moore's Hitler with German-speaking actors, but had Moore speak gibberish that started convincingly and got "worse and worse" until it devolved into random words such as "Oshkosh B'gosh" and "Boba Fett."
- For his song "I Don't Want to Rule the World" in The Diary of Anne Frankenstein, Joel David Moore was taught to sing the German words for "I have worms in my penis" instead of the title line that appears in the subtitles.
- Budget constraints replaced the planned segment Werewolf of Alcatraz with Wadzilla and forced two other title changes, and a fifth short, Deathication, was added to the drive-in sequence just to mislead viewers.
