Plot summary
Animal-themed villains are using robotic animals to rob Gotham City. The group, called the Animalitia, includes the Penguin, Cheetah, Killer Croc, Man-Bat and a gorilla named Silverback. Batman takes the case, and the Flash, Green Arrow, Nightwing and Red Robin join him as more of the machines appear. After foiling several of the crimes, Batman notices the attacks map out a circle around the Aviary, the city's newest and tallest building, which the Penguin put up. Bruce Wayne attends a function there, where Oswald Cobblepot speaks about Bumbershoot Mechanics, the company behind the robots, and presents their designer, Dr. Kirk Langstrom. Batman places a tiny tracking device on Langstrom.
