Plot summary
For many years Grégoire Dufour has worked at the same bank, and on his retirement his colleagues give him an unusual gift: Barbara, a beautiful call girl. Grégoire takes her for a conquest and decides to make the most of it, unaware that his colleagues arranged the gift. Instead of saying what he did at the bank, he presents himself to her as its president. The two of them travel to Venice, where he takes pleasure in his new-found vigor. His borrowed title brings him a run of mistaken identities, and Barbara, who is also known as Joyane, stays at his side.
