Plot summary
During summer camp, which is a cover for CIA training of teenage operatives, Cody Banks intervenes when armed men move on Victor Diaz, the head counselor, and helps him get away, believing the whole thing is an exercise. The CIA director tells him the truth: Diaz has taken disks with plans for a mind-control device, and Cody is flown to London to bring him back. There he joins a summer orchestra program at the Kenworth estate so he can watch its owner, Lord Duncan Kenworth, thought to be in league with Diaz. Derek, his handler, and Kumar, Derek's right-hand man, accompany him in disguise. Cody keeps the mission from the other students while he looks around the grounds.
