Witchville (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

The kingdom of Draeganoth is in ruin when its prince, Malachy, comes home from the Crusades: his father the king is dead and the villagers are sick and hungry. A witch hunter named Kramer tells the new king that the cause is neither famine nor pestilence but a coven, and offers his book of magic against it. Malachy is unconvinced yet lets him prove his claim before the gathered villagers. Kramer's spell sends a red cloud drifting toward an old woman from the village, and he calls on the crowd to burn her. She cries out a warning that the Red Queen is coming. Malachy sets out with companions including Jason and his brother Erik to destroy the witches, whose queen keeps the warrior Jozefa at her side.
