Plot summary
In Coventry, Queen Miranda speaks to a portrait of King Aron, her husband. On Earth, her twin daughters Camryn and Alex share a home while Alex prepares for her first classes at Waverly University. Karsh and Ileana arrive to announce their engagement and to say that Miranda wants to see the sisters. Alex stays behind to attend her first day, so Camryn travels to Coventry on her own and meets a young man named Demitri, whom she takes for a prince though he works in the royal kitchens. At school, Alex meets Marcus, who mistakes her for her sister until Beth sets him straight.

- Twitches Too held a 15-year record: it was the last non-musical Disney Channel Original Movie sequel to be produced, until Under Wraps 2 came out in 2022.
- Because Twitches Too used more special effects than the original, most scenes were shot against a green screen, and the flying scenes also used a green screen with the actors in harnesses.
- The castle set was raised nine feet off the ground so the cast would look as though they were up high, and green bands along its base let editors blend Coventry's background into the shot afterwards.
