Plot summary
At the North Pole, Christine spends her days making toys in Santa's village, and she loves Christmas. She wonders whether there is more to life than the workshop. A boy in Los Angeles sends Santa an emergency wish, and Santa gives Christine a special assignment: travel to the city and give the VanCamp family a holiday wake-up call. Sara, the mother, is busy and has no Christmas spirit. Her husband Scott and their children Ally and Will are the family Christine is sent to help.
