Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers: Runnin' Down a Dream (2007) on Netflix

Plot summary

The band's history starts with Mudcrutch, the group that came before Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and runs to a concert in Gainesville, Florida, Petty's home town, marking 30 years together at the University of Florida. Interviews with the band members, with other artists and with Petty himself sit beside concert footage and home movies. Petty's solo records and his time with the Traveling Wilburys come into the account, as do the band's collaborations and its clashes with the record industry. The release was a four-disc box set holding the main feature, the anniversary concert and a disc of rare tracks.
