The Two Worlds of Jennie Logan (1979) on Netflix

Plot summary

Jennie Logan and her husband Michael move into a Victorian house, hoping to repair a marriage strained by his infidelity. In the attic Jennie finds a cream-colored dress from the 1890s with a small tear at the shoulder, and has it repaired. The first time she wears it, a headache overwhelms her and she finds herself in the same attic, now an artist's studio, where a man's voice downstairs calls out the name Pamela. The episodes repeat. At the local historical society, Mrs. Bates tells her the house belonged to an artist, David Reynolds, in 1899, and shows her his only surviving painting. The woman in it resembles Jennie and wears a dress like hers.
