Plot summary

Seven short films, each built on one of the deadly sins. In Anger, a fly found in a man's Sunday soup sets off a fury that spreads through his neighborhood, his city and beyond. In Sloth, a movie star pays a man to tie his shoe rather than bend down himself. In Gluttony, Valentin sets out for his father's burial and stops to eat at every opportunity along the road. In Greed, students in Paris put money into a lottery, and the winner gets a night with Suzon. In Envy, Rosette, a hotel waitress, sets out to seduce the lover of a film star staying at the hotel. In Lust, two men search a painting for the definition of lust. In Pride, a woman leaves her lover and returns to a husband who cheats on her.
