Plot summary
Mina is an undead girl who haunts the woods where she was killed decades ago. She kills and eats the people who wander through the woods, and she keeps to herself. Then a boy hides in the trunk of a car belonging to one of the people she has killed. He is Alex, a kidnapped and abused boy, and he is blind; Mina lets him live rather than kill him. Keeping Alex alive upsets the solitary life she has held to for years, and it pushes her to weigh how much of her humanity the man who murdered her destroyed.
