The Cottage (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

David and Peter are brothers who quarrel constantly, and together with Andrew, the son of crime boss Arnie, they kidnap Arnie's stepdaughter Tracey for ransom. They take her to a remote country cottage and tie her to the bed frame. Peter telephones Arnie to demand one hundred thousand pounds, which Andrew is to deliver, but the bag holds napkins rather than cash. After Peter drops David's phone in water, David heads into the village to find a public telephone. There he meets locals who, hearing that he is staying at Barnarby Cottage, tell him to keep the doors locked and not to wander.
