The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury (2004) on Netflix

Plot summary

Fresh from a desert planet, Richard B. Riddick, Jack and Imam Abu al-Walid are seized by mercenaries aboard the Kublai Khan. Riddick tries to pass himself off over the ship's radio as his former captor, William J. Johns, but a voice-print exposes him. Junner sends a squad of mercs to take him, and Riddick uses foam from the fire suppression system as cover to fight them off. He surrenders when Jack is held at gunpoint. Their captors then introduce them to Antonia Chillingsworth, who keeps the galaxy's most-wanted criminals alive in suspended animation, unable to move or speak, a state she calls both punishment and honor. She intends the same for Riddick.
