Plot summary
Paul Krenner, a former Army major, wants an army of invisible soldiers to sell to the highest bidder. He forces Dr. Peter Ulof, who invented the invisibility machine, to perfect it, though the formula has side effects, and imprisons Ulof's daughter Maria to keep the scientist in line. Julian, a hired thug, works for Krenner. The nuclear materials Ulof needs to improve the machine are scarce and guarded at government facilities, so Krenner has Joey Faust, a notorious safecracker, broken out of prison to steal them. Faust is to enter those places unseen, and Krenner promises him money for the jobs. Faust makes clear he dislikes working for Krenner. Laura Matson is Krenner's female accomplice.
