Plot summary
A wolf-like creature kills a group of boy scouts on Cadaverous Island, and Walter Romero's best friend is one of the dead. Walter wants to find out what happened, so he turns to Johnny Mason, a stoner who lives nearby. Getting to the island requires a boat, and Ashley Valinski has access to one through her father. The plan is to bring her along and have her sail the two of them across. Zombies take the boat once the three reach Cadaverous Island, cutting off any way back. A team of botanists and two police officers are also there, along with the mayor, and the group joins together against the creatures.
