Plot summary
Scooby-Doo and his friends are closing in on a clown who robs banks when a strange noise sets Scooby dancing against his will, and he bolts. Courage is having the same trouble in Nowhere, Kansas, but Muriel and Eustace Bagge see nothing wrong. The gang chases after Scooby and ends up in Nowhere, where hostile cicadas surround the two dogs. Muriel invites them all to the Bagge household, and the Mayor of Nowhere asks the visitors to dinner. On the way there, a giant Cicada Queen attacks Scooby and Courage and destroys Eustace's truck. At the mayor's mansion, the group is offered a tour of a museum about the town's long history of attracting strange events.
