Plot summary
Stan Helsing works at a video rental store called Schlockbuster, and his two habits are avoiding trouble and keeping quiet. Sully, his teenage boss, orders him to deliver a bag of movies to the owner's mother or lose his job. Stan persuades his friend Teddy, his ex-girlfriend Nadine and Mia, a massage therapist, to drive him there on Halloween night, even though the address is on the far side of town and a party is waiting. Traffic stops them, and Stan alone notices a living doll in the van next to theirs making rude gestures. They miss their exit and go looking for a shortcut.
