Ken Kirzinger
Biography
Ken Kirzinger is a Canadian actor and stunt performer who began working as a stuntman in the early 1980s and went on to play Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs. Jason (2003). Born in Saskatchewan, he took early stunt work in Superman III and acted in television movies such as Brotherly Love and Gunsmoke: Return to Dodge (1987), then built a long career as a stunt performer and coordinator on films including Shoot to Kill, Look Who's Talking, Bird on a Wire and It, and on shows such as 21 Jump Street and The Commish. He also had a small part in Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989). His better known acting roles include Pa in Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) and Rusty Nail in Joy Ride 3: Roadkill (2014), along with appearances in Hot Rod (2007) and Stan Helsing (2009).
