Plot summary
The drought in South Park has grown severe. Eric Cartman takes his mother, Liane, to court, and Stan Marsh, Tolkien Black, Butters Stotch and Kyle Broflovski testify about the money they earned that paid for his breast implants. Randy Marsh wakes on a bench and is tranquilized and taken to a hospital, where Detective Harris says he went into a rage. Tolkien searches the abandoned home of the late Robert Cussler for traces of his missing father, Steve. In Denver, Pi Pi presents his plan to run the water park, and then all of Colorado, on urine, endorsed by celebrities. Randy abandons marijuana farming and returns to geology, proposing the desalination plant that Denver accepts.
