Plot summary
John Barrabee owns a ranch and is unhappy that his daughter has left the West for New York City, where she sings in nightclubs and is engaged to marry Rollo Bingham, a man he dislikes. Flying back west, Barrabee's airplane sets down for an emergency and waits for a second airplane to bring the parts needed for repairs. Barrabee walks off from the landing field and comes upon Roy Rogers, the trail boss, and the Sons of the Pioneers. Glad to be back among cowboys, he joins the cattle drive, staying out on the range until his airplane has gone without him.
