Biography

Patricia Belcher is an American actress who has worked in film, television and the theater, best known for two long-running small-screen roles: neighbor Estelle Dabney on the Disney Channel sitcom Good Luck Charlie and attorney Caroline Julian on Bones, where she had a recurring part from 2006 to 2017. Born in Helena, Montana, she was a Jeopardy! contestant before she turned to acting, and she became a familiar face playing authority figures such as judges, doctors and nurses, often for laughs. Her film credits include Jeepers Creepers (2001), (500) Days of Summer (2009), Bad Words (2013), Kajillionaire (2020) and Gatlopp (2022). She also had recurring roles on The Norm Show, The Hughleys and Better Off Ted and voiced a character in the video game Dead Island: Riptide.
