Plot summary

Joey waits tables in a small town. An old school acquaintance assaults her. Regina, who comes into the diner, then introduces her to the Cherry Bombers, women who carry their own histories of violence at the hands of men, among them the hot-headed Beatrice and the advisors Sal and Fala. They have turned private vengeance into a wider campaign to make misogynists suffer, and their most ambitious operation targets Mark Vanderhill, who leads the Men's First Movement.
