Plot summary
In the third Robot Chicken Star Wars special, stop-motion sketches are strung into one chronological tale that stretches from before The Phantom Menace to after Return of the Jedi. Emperor Palpatine narrates the story: his climb to power in the Galactic Senate, his doubts about choosing Anakin Skywalker as an apprentice, and the routine of running the Death Star. Boba Fett also appears in several sketches. Gary the Stormtrooper gets sketches of his own, including one about a Death Star elevator that he refuses to hold for Palpatine. Minor figures who never speak in the films, such as Yarael Poof, Max Rebo and Orrimaarko, also take the spotlight.
