Plot summary
Batman and Nightwing learn that Poison Ivy has joined forces with Jason Woodrue, the Floronic Man. The two stole data from S.T.A.R. Labs concerning a Bio-Restorative Project and Swamp Thing. To locate them, Batman and Nightwing reluctantly seek Harley Quinn, who was paroled and has dropped out of sight. Nightwing finds her waiting tables at a restaurant where the staff dress as superheroes and villains. Harley says she has finished with costumed life and wants an ordinary existence, but her record blocks her from working again as a psychiatrist. At A.R.G.U.S., Batman asks Sarge Steel about the abduction of Dr. Harold Goldblum, a scientist versed in chemistry, botany and biological warfare, and learns there are no leads. Batman searches Goldblum's home and finds signs the Floronic Man was there.
