Plot summary
Cash lives in a small Appalachian town in Odim County, where he looks after Savannah, the niece who has lost her parents. He wants a quiet, honest life there. Big Cat runs the town as a sadistic kingpin, and she pushes him back into working for her. Cash finds out what he is willing to do, killing included, to keep the town and Savannah safe. As the work grows harder, he is pulled into a nightmare in which good and evil blur.
