Plot summary
MORA is a clandestine military organization that guards a secret peace pact between humans and mythological beings. Callum Drift leads Santa Claus's security detail and intends to retire after one last Christmas run, disillusioned by people's increasingly toxic behavior and by the Naughty List's growth. On Christmas Eve a black ops team enters the North Pole complex and takes Santa. MORA's director, Zoe Harlow, learns that freelance hacker Jack O'Malley compromised Santa's location, though he did not know what the data meant. She puts a tracker on Jack and assigns him to help a reluctant Callum find Santa.
