One in the Chamber (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

Once Communism fell, criminals from the United States and the former USSR moved into Eastern Europe, where the authorities were powerless and the law had given way to organized crime. Prague became the headquarters of dealers in weapons and drugs, who sold to the gangs and paid well to have their rivals eliminated. Ray Carver does that work for two rival mafia families at once. When an attempt on Demyan Ivanov, one of the bosses who regularly hires him, fails, the mobsters come after him. Mikhail Suverov then hires Aleksey Andreev, a legendary Russian hitman whose existence is doubted. Word is that Andreev is hunting Carver.
