Plot summary
In China, Mei is a mathematical prodigy, and men working for the triad boss Han Jiao abduct her. Han wants a mental calculator who leaves no digital trace, so he sends the girl to New York in the care of the gangster Quan Chang. Luke Wright is an ex-cop and cage fighter who unintentionally wins a fixed fight. Emile Docheski, who heads the Russian mafia, orders Luke's pregnant wife killed in punishment, and Luke abandons his life and lives on the streets. A year later, Han comes from China and has Mei memorize a long number, and on the way to a second one Russians ambush the car. Mei escapes to a subway station, where Luke is standing.
