Nostalgia (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Daniel Kalman is an insurance agent who travels to people's homes and evaluates their possessions. His first stop is Ronald Ashemore, an architect in his eighties who lives on a pension; Ashemore's granddaughter Bethany, who is pregnant and lives closest, has asked for the appraisal because she is the one making decisions about his things and does not want to think about him dying. Kalman finds a few pieces worth an appraiser's attention. His next visit is to Helen Greer, whose house was destroyed in a fire. She had little time to grab keepsakes and came away with a signed baseball, which Kalman says may have some value. Helen talks with neighbors who also lost their homes.
